Alice	posted 6/13/05 9:58 PM       Hey guys (it's been sooooo long since i posted on here i doubt anyone remembers me! - oh well) Any hoo i'd very much like to wear some long black gloves to my end of secondary school year 11 dinner and dance thingy-ma-jig, and so i was wondering if anybody knows some websites where i may browse and hopefully purchase pwitty evening gloves. However if my searching fails - ill end up wearing my rocky costume gloves, that are looking most tatty and smell a lot like alcohol! Teehee. Thanks everyone. Love Alice XxX

Vicki	posted 6/15/05 12:08 AM     Depending on where you live, Fancy dress shops are your best bet - they should have them in stock and will be with you quicker then from a website. Failing that, Claire’s Accessories always sell gloves- various lengths but they aren’t always cheap!- my faves are the Fingerless Glittery Fishnet ones - much more suitable to be worn by a rocky fan to a Prom!Enjoy your party!Vicki xx http://lessvulnerable.co.uk Englands No 1 Rocky Shadowcast
Alice	posted 6/15/05 12:58 AM       lo'again....ta very much for your suggestions i shall indeed have a look-sy on ebay and then on saturday i shall head into town and look in the costume shop - however my only problem with the fancy dress gloves, is that ive brought some before for previous rocky related outings and other school drama things, and because i have small arms they fall down and i spend more time pulling them up again than wearing them nicely! - however i shall not give up - im determined to wear gloves to my Prom in true Rocky stylee! Clive	posted 6/15/05 10:23 PM     Try wearing elastic bands on your arms and tuck the ends of the gloves into those. Not to tight though, cant have you cutting off your circulation and worse still not being able to hold your drink.
