I think we should all band together and spring for a computer for Richard and put an end to his plausible deniability (of the extent to which he is worshipped) once and for all! This is a great site which I am sure Richard is thrilled about, but wouldn't it be great if he were able to log in every now and again and be more involved?



I hear he has referred to computers as "the devil in a box" but this is how his fans keep in touch with each other. In the meantime we should all endeavour to channel the ROB within when we post messages. It is because I actually see that very attitude on the forum boards here, that I feel this site to be the most authentically "Rocky" and "ROB" of all the Rocky Horror sites.

agree about the phantoms and the sax player - he can REALLY play - and the phantoms going silently round the audience rifling peoples sweets and "distributing" them to other audience members was hilarious. hope to go in costume for first time this tour. should be going to sheffield nottingham leicester and hopefully more - will probably see the famous chap from coventry at some of them !!!

Good news about the tour starting again, I would just like to mention a few things though.

I hope the sound engineer plays some music as you walk into the theatre. It just makes the show more atmospheric.

Bring back the phantoms and Dave Webb to play his sax at the opening of the second half. Non of which happened last time. Maybe it was just our venue (Leeds April 2007) or some other reason why these did not happen but I just thought the theatre lacked the atmosphere. However, it was still Rocky and as ever the show itself was marvellous, but I just feel it wasn't as 'bouncy' (is that the right word?) as previous shows.

TWW: I think you are a little confused there. There was many ideas for who the newspapers thought should play Frand in the Sky/MTV remake of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, which is certainly not the stage show. Most fans would say that they'll wait until they see it before they believe anything about Rocky published in the tabloids.

It's astounding.........Time is flee-ting.........

OMG, I loooove RHPS!! I saw it for the first time this summer and i've been hooked ever since! It's like a drug- if i have a few days where i haven't watched it, i suffer withdrawal!!

I haven't seen a show yet, but would love to.

I love Shock Treatment too. OK, it's not as good as RHPS (but then, no other movie is) but it's fab in it's own right.

I WORSHIP Richard O' Brien- the man is a genius!

Can't wait til Halloween. I'm going to a party, and planning to dress as Magenta.

Does anyone know anywhere in Nottingham where i can get Rocky merchandise?

Oh wow! This site has put a grin on my face. Rocky Horror was my whole life for a good while about 15 years ago. It brought me so much joy! Anyone remember a fanzine called 'Dynamic Tension'? I was the co-editor.

I have so much wonderful merchandise all stuffed in a bag with no space to do it justice and can't bear to sell it on E-Bay. I would be happy to try and get some of it to genuine fans though.

Hi all, I'm what I'd call a lapsed fan. Rocky Horror was my life for quite a few years, back in the late 1980s to mid 1990s. Tonight I attended the new Rocky Horror stage production in Sydney and was thrilled to see Richard O'Brien in the audience nearby! I've posted a fairly detailed account in the fan forum for RHS on the official US fansite (rockyhorror.com) if you want to read it. Tonight was such a blast from the past and so many good memories came back! I'm still somewhat shocked at seeing Ritz!!
