Christopher Biggins is a well known figure to many Rocky Horror Show fans, both as a Transylvanian in The Rocky Horror Picture Show as well as more recently the Narrator in the UK tour of The Rocky Horror Show a role he also played in The Rocky Horror Tribute Show.

He has also been a guest at several of the UK Rocky conventions, starting with our very own Transylvania 99.

In his autobiography Biggins relates many tales from his showbiz life, the book reads like a who's who of the theatre, film and television world. That is in no-way a slight, many of the stories are heart-warming as well as heart-felt. He is also very honest in detailing the hard times as well as the good.

From his earliest days in theatre, through classic television series such as Surprise Surprise, Porridge and children's favourites On Safari and Rent a Ghost, Biggins reveals some nice behind the scenes moments.

I loved his joy at winning I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here! and description of how kissing his partner Neil when he won made a little television history in it's own right.

Of interest to Rocky fans in particular there are a couple of pages about the filming of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and he also relates the tale of falling asleep one night during the show while playing the role of Narrator in the UK tour of The Rocky Horror Show.
