Directed by O’Brien’s son Linus O’Brien and written by Avner Shiloah Strange Journey is a doumentary exploring the groundbreaking and transgressive themes, iconic performances and epic songs of the 1973 musical The Rocky Horror Show and its 1975 film adaptation.

Rocky Horror cast members and major players to appear in the film include Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, Barry Bostwick, Patricia Quinn, Nell Campbell, Peter Hinwood, Jim Sharman, and Richard Hartley; along with celebrity fans including Jack Black and Trixie Mattel.

The movie is being screened as part of the Sci-Fi-London Film Festival on Sunday 22nd June 2025 at the Picturehouse Finsbury Park, London.
