The Gaiety Theatre and Opera House opened in July 1900 and was designed by the famous Theatre architect Frank Matcham who designed many famous theatres including the London Paladium, Blackpool Grand theatre and the Tower Circus and Ballroom. It was certainly one of the most opulent theatre's I've ever seen the show in.
