"Dear Rocky Horror Show fans!
Like you, we have been following the current developments and arrangements carefully over the past few months - alternately worried and then hopeful again - and now we have to inform you with a heavy heart that this year's tour, which starts in November, has unfortunately been postponed under the given circumstances must become. We are currently working feverishly on suitable replacement dates and will inform you about them as soon as possible. Until then we have only one request: Take care, stay healthy and be safe: Our world will do the Time Warp again!"

Euro Tour 2020 update
Sad, but not unexpected in the circumstances, we've just learnt that this year's Eurotour of The Rocky Horror Show has been postponed.
There was a message posted on their fb page in German which translates as (roughly)....
"Dear Rocky Horror Show fans!
Like you, we have been following the current developments and arrangements carefully over the past few months - alternately worried and then hopeful again - and now we have to inform you with a heavy heart that this year's tour, which starts in November, has unfortunately been postponed under the given circumstances must become. We are currently working feverishly on suitable replacement dates and will inform you about them as soon as possible. Until then we have only one request: Take care, stay healthy and be safe: Our world will do the Time Warp again!"

No Picnic Today should have been the day of the Rocky Horror Picnic Show at Oakley Court. As I am sure you all know by now, the event was cancelled due to the Coronavirus and Government restrictions on how many people could meet up at any one time, which at time of writing was only 6 people outdoors and two households indoors.
We will be back for 2021 for our fifteenth picnic. General bookings and any places not taken by those that had reservations for this year will start at 9am on Wednesday, 2nd September. See the 2021 Picnic page for details of bookings.

Having had to cancel this year's picnic due to the virus and government restrictions on how many people can meet up at one time, we're are back for the 15th picnic on 29th August 2021.

It is with deep regret that due to the ongoing health emergency with the Coronavirus and the current government restrictions, the 2020 picnic has had to be cancelled.
Oakley Court and TimeWarp explored every option to try and run the picnic this year but it would just be impossible to guarantee that the event could run in any form.
We know this will be disappointing for everyone that has booked, it was our holiday as well and we are gutted that we will not be able to see everyone this year having run the events for fourteen years in a row. We hope you can all appreciate that these are exceptional circumstances and the decision to cancel has not been something that has been taken lightly.

On Friday 24th July, 2020 there will be an outdoor screening at The Scholars Ground, Staffordshire
There will be screenings of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th October at the Shelley Theatre, Bournemouth and these will be on 35mm film
Plus a screening of Shock Treatment on Saturday 21st November at the Shelley Theatre, Bournemouth also on 35mm film
We have several outdoor screenings in the listings as Ali spotted an open air screening in Norwich in August to add to the ones we already have online.
It is with deep regret that due to the ongoing health emergency with the Coronavirus and the current government restrictions, the 2020 picnic has had to be cancelled.
Oakley Court and TimeWarp have explored every option to try and run the picnic this year but it would just be impossible to guarantee that the event could run in any form. Rather than hold out in the hope that things will change in the next eight weeks, it has been decided that the 2020 event will now have to be cancelled.
We know this will be disappointing for everyone that has booked, it was our holiday as well and we are gutted that we will not be able to see everyone this year having run the events for fourteen years in a row. We hope you can all appreciate that these are exceptional circumstances and the decision to cancel has not been something that has been taken lightly.
We will be back for the 15th picnic on the 29th August 2021. We are hoping that booking for 2021 will start in a few weeks time. Please wait for us to announce that booking is open before contacting the hotel as they are working with very reduced staff numbers at the moment and will be bringing back more staff to cover bookings for the 2021 picnic when the event is set up on their reservations system.
The hotel will be contacting everyone that had a booking for this year as of Tuesday, June 30th, 2020 and those people will get the first option to book for the 2021 event.
I've started a Dedicated 2020/21 Euro tour page with all the current venues and links to the Euro tour site. I have also added all the events to our monthly Calendar to make it easier to see when the show is at each venue.
